Is mouth tape safe to use?
JAKKD Performance Mouth Tape is designed to gently encourage nasal breathing during sleep. It uses a skin-safe adhesive that is comfortable and easy to remove in the morning.
If you have severe nasal obstruction, chronic respiratory conditions, or medical concerns, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Can I still breathe normally with mouth tape on?
Yes. Mouth tape is intended to promote nasal breathing — not restrict airflow. When your nasal passages are clear, breathing remains comfortable through the nose throughout the night.
If you are congested, ensure your nose is clear before applying.
What if my nose blocks during the night?
Our Performance Nasal Strips are designed to mechanically lift and support open nasal passages to improve airflow.
If you are experiencing heavy congestion due to illness or allergies, we recommend addressing that first before using mouth tape.
Is the adhesive safe for sensitive skin?

We ship nationwide across South Africa.
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location.
Major cities often receive orders faster.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders over R500.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately at support@jakkd.co.za and we’ll do our best to update it.
Once dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

We’ll resolve it quickly.

Returns & Policies
Can I return the product?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
If your product is unopened and in its original condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll advise on the next steps.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the issue
We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
What if I change my mind?
Because JAKKD products are personal-use items, we cannot accept returns once packaging has been opened.

What if I entered the wrong address?
If you notice an error in your shipping details, email us immediately.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update it. Once dispatched, we are unable to reroute the package.

• An order cannot be fulfilled
