Refund Policy

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened products are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Mouth tape
  • Nasal strips
  • Any personal-use product

Return Process

Include your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in cases where:

• A product arrives damaged or defective

• An incorrect item was sent

• A return has been approved and received in original condition

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect depending on your payment provider.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will attempt to update the address.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
