Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday)
  • Orders placed before 14:00 (SAST) may be processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.

At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

Major Cities: 3–4 business days

Outlying Areas: 4–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier schedules.

Shipping Costs

We offer a flat nationwide shipping rate of R89

We offer free nationwide shipping on orders over R700.

All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

You can use this link to monitor your delivery progress.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address. Once dispatched, we may not be able to reroute the package.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable

The courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel.

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

We will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, high courier volumes, or regional disruptions.
